1. Proprietary Visual Media & Image Licensing

All proprietary graphics, mathematical diagrams, visual semantics infographics, and UI artwork published on RandomWheelPicker.org are protected under international copyright law.

Digital creators, educators, streamers, and bloggers are granted permission to share, embed, and reference our visual assets provided that:

Attribution: You must give appropriate credit by citing RandomWheelPicker.org and providing a direct link back to the originating wheel tool.
Non-Commercial Use: Visual media may not be repackaged or sold as standalone commercial products without written consent.
No Derivative Defacement: Watermarks and copyright credit lines must remain legible.

2. Provable Fairness & Cryptographic RNG Disclaimer

RandomWheelPicker utilizes the W3C Web Cryptography API (crypto.getRandomValues) to generate 32-bit hardware entropy for uniform statistical distribution. All calculations are client-side and open for verification. We do not operate a regulated gambling facility; tools are designed for educational, entertainment, decision-making, and giveaway purposes.

3. Embeddable Widgets & Webmaster Usage

Webmasters are authorized to embed our interactive decision wheels using the official <iframe> embed codes provided on our platform. The accompanying attribution link back to RandomWheelPicker must remain visible and un-obscured.
